WHO WE ARE

We are a full-service reforestation services company. We collect seed, grow the best seedlings, and plant future forests.

MISSION

The Collective exists to restore ecosystems through seed collection, native plant propagation, and outplanting in landscapes at risk from climate change and disturbance-driven vegetation shifts.

We are committed to building a model that supports climate-resilient land stewardship—one rooted in accountability to each other, to the land, and to future generations.

Our work is guided by integrity, equity, and participatory decision-making in all that we do.

VISION

Our vision is a future where we, as a collective, have the strength and capacity to lead large-scale landscape restoration projects that support the long-term health and resilience of forest ecosystems.

We strive to function as a well-governed, participatory democracy—one that holds leadership accountable and exists to serve the financial well-being and shared success of its worker-owners.
